The Technical Association of the Graphic Arts (TAGA) chapter at Clemson University operates as a Creative Inquiry—Clemson’s undergraduate research initiative—within the Graphic Communications Department. Each semester, a collaborative team of 12–15 students immerses themselves in every stage of professional journal production, including research, writing, editing, design, and print production. Through this hands-on, industry-driven experience, students bridge theory and application while developing technical, creative, and leadership skills. Each year, the team produces a professionally printed journal that showcases innovative student research in graphic communications, reflecting both the evolving technologies of the industry and Clemson’s commitment to experiential learning and academic excellence.
