Russell began his real estate career in his home state of Michigan, founding a boutique commercial real estate firm and gaining over 20 years of experience as a real estate agent and a mortgage lender/broker. He specializes in luxury, multi-family areas as well as builder lot deals and has done successful business in both Michigan and Florida for several years. Russell finds value in the small business experience, establishing a strong client base from the merit of his one-on-one work with customers and attending to their every need to help them achieve real estate success.
He brings the same mentality to Watermark Properties Group, focusing on giving clients a more personalized experience that is invaluable when it comes to property buying and selling in such a diverse Florida market. My experience with Russell wasn’t any different. I gave Russell a rundown of must-haves, neighborhoods I thought i liked, and a list of houses for sale I found online that I wanted to see.
