OUR PASSION
Our passion is to provide locally sourced creative food, craft cocktails with the finest liquor and the best locally brewed beer in a comfortable modern environment. We are committed to scratch-made food from non-processed raw ingredients provided by local area farmers, ensuring the freshest, most cared for food in town. We are fortunate to have a cornucopia of local farms that we have partnered with, allowing us to source roughly 80 percent of our ingredients from farms within a 40-mile radius from Clemson, giving us the opportunity to bring you the absolute best food the Upstate has to offer. These partnerships and their crops are the backbone of our kitchen, driving our menu options and having a significant impact on our seasonal offerings.
As well as providing a fresh, locally sourced creative menu we strive to have the smallest carbon footprint possible. A large majority of our equipment is energy star rated for high efficiency; from our ovens to our dining-ware washing machine, we are lowering our overall consumption of energy and water. To help reduce landfill waste, we are providing linen napkins, 100% recycled and 100% compostable to-go containers, and practicing responsible recycling habits.
As we continue to Evolve, we will endeavor to improve on what we do and how we do it, to make the best possible dining experience for our patrons. Each month, our Recipe of the Month Club members get an exclusive peek into these one-of-a-kind creations, allowing them to recreate the distinctive tastes of Evolve right in their own kitchens.
Custom cocktails and ginger beer were amazing. Salads were extremely thoughtfully well done and their sandwich menu is delicious. Not sure why this place doesn’t have at least a 4.8 rating that everybody appreciates wonderful quality food!! We’ll be back with friends for dinner.
Moved here from New Jersey and have been looking for a nice place to eat and drink. Very pleasant experience here. The bartender Sanders is awesome and is very attentive and organized, polite and helpful. Food is excellent. Atmosphere is great. I only wish they had more outdoor seating, which is really cool on a nice day to watch the people walking around. Highly recommend. Will be back as much as possible.
Great new restaurant in Clemson! We went to Evolve for lunch today and it was fabulous. I had the Reuben sandwich with warm truffle chips and both were great. Lots of meat on the sandwich and very lean, unlike some Reuben’s that tend to be fatty. My wife had the 1905 salad. It was also excellent- very fresh ingredients and not ridiculously large. Our server (Jake) was very knowledgeable and attentive. He recommended the Reuben and he nailed it. Really nice vibe in the restaurant, more upscale than the surrounding college sports bars. Reasonable prices. Full bar with a small but eclectic wine and beer selection. Go to Evolve Kitchen+Table, we need more restaurants like this in Clemson!
